No reasons in Adjustments superset report

Description

Problem: During OLMIS-6281, I found that stock adjustment reasons are null in the Adjustment Summary section in Superset.

Reason: Reasons are currently in the stock management service (not in the referencedata anymore) and NiFi is trying to load data from the previously used endpoint.

Solution: NiFi Define reference data JSON config processor should be updated to use the proper endpoint and. Joltspec should be also updated if needed.

NOTE: This probably is not a regression.
