Filtering by full product name doesn't work in the Stock Filter section of the Stockouts report

I noticed that filtering by full product name doesn't work in the Stock Filter section of the Stockouts report. The data in the report aren't filtered after applying the filter.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log into the application as administrator.

2. Go to Reports > View Reports.

3. Go to the Stockouts report.

4. Select any option in the "Full Product Name" drop-down in the "Stock Filter" section.

5. The data seem to reload but aren't filtered.

Expected results:

• Only requisitions containing the chosen product should be visible in all sections of the report.
