Too few FP products are available on the Physical Inventory screen for administrator

I noticed that only one lot of Levora is available to add on the "Physical Inventory" screen for administrator, even though at least Adsorbentia and Implanon should. What's interesting, these products are visible in print on the "Stock on Hand" screen. The issue occurs on both browsers and on demo-v3.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log into the application as administrator/srmanager2.

2. Start the physical inventory for Family Planning.

3. Click the "Add Product" button.

4. Only Levora with the MA2017B lot code is available to add, even though at least Implanon and Adsorbentia also should.

Expected results:

• Implanon, Adsorbentia and probably also other products should be available on the "Physical Inventory" screen.
