Improve performance of printing the Stock on Hand screen

During exploratory tests of the Stock Management service, I noticed that the performance of printing the "Stock on Hand" screen (i.e. the Stock Card Summary Report) is low. On both browsers, it takes approximately 9s (Essential Meds) and 3s (Family Planning). I used the administrator user with default settings (i.e. with regular network and no throttling).
