Description

A new user is created despite the message that a user with the same e-mail already exists.

Reproduction steps:


1. Log in as a user with access to Administration ->Users
2. Create a new user and fill the email field
3. Click Create User button
4. Go to Add user page once again
5. Try to create another user, but use the same email.
6. Try to find the user you just wanted to create and click the Edit button
7. An error message is displayed, the user does not have an e-mail address.

Expected result:

  • New user should not be created

  • Error message should display

Actual result:

  • Error message is displayed

  • New user without email is created, after click Edit button error message is displayed

Environment

Verified on:

  • Ubuntu 20.04 OS

  • Google Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83

  • uat environment
