Missing pagination in Stock on Hand table (online)

Description

There is no pagination for a table on the Stock on Hand page. Not all products are visible on the page because of missing pagination.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Go to Stockmanagament -> Stock on Hand
2. Select Facility and Program and click 'Search'
3. Pagination is missing

Pagination should be visible on the Stock on Hand page, below the table.

I checked this on and the pagination is visible.

Take a look at stock-card-summary-list.routes.js and stockCardSummaries which call paginationService.registerUrl.
In the response in register method in the paginationService there is no totalElements property.
