Delete the small Time Range for Superset reports

Description

The Stock Filter, District Stockout Rates over Time charts only display data for reporting periods in the last 3 years. For this reason, the data in this filter and the chart are not visible.

As a solution, set the Time range for these charts to 'No filter'.
