Finish upgrade of uat-reporting database to v12

Description

Database is in version 10, but should be v12.

Manual postgis extension upgrade is required to update to v12.

Investigate if database is used by any of the services (it looks like reporting-uat fully replaces this db).

If database is not needed, confirm that it can be deleted and delete.
If needed, upgrade postgis extension and finish upgrade to v12.

 

Provide outcome in comments before closing the ticket.

I’m not sure about which database this ticket is. Possibly uat reporting used to use RDS database from AWS. Currently it uses local db on docker.

Do you know what DB this task speaks about? I have some AWS access, but uat-env-db and test-env-db databases.

This is not production database, so it can be safely stopped to make sure it is not used. Be aware that stopped db is removed after 7 days
