I noticed the error during testing .
The same error occurs after Adding Product from Physical Inventory screen with 0 Stock on hand.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Logging into the application and navigating to Stock Management -> Physical Inventory;

2. Click on the "Start" button next to Family Planning program;

3. Fill all the Current Stock fields with values from Stock on Hand column;

4. Once again go to Stock Management -> Physical Inventory;

5. Click on the "Continue" button next to Family Planning program;

6. The values in Unaccounted Quantity fields are blank;

7. Click on the “Submit” button;

8. The error modal will appear and all the “Add Reasons” and Unaccounted Quantity fields will have a red mark next to it.
   
   

Expected Behavior:

The values in Unaccounted Quantity field should also be saved in draft.
