Create white paper with all the funcionalities we have in OpenLMIS

Description

The purpose of this task is to create a white paper in which we will point out all funcionalities offered by OpenLMIS system. We are focusing on core 3.15 version (it means that we have to include all funcionalitites planned to be released in 3.15 release).

For now I’ve prepared the document, containing the Stock Management modals and partly Administration modals. I’m working on the rest.
