Issues with adding new Requisition Group

Description

After migrating the “Add Requisition Group” option form Selv to Core, some issues happened:

  1. The “Add Requisition Group” page should be visible only after navigating to Administration > Requisition Groups > Clicking “+ Add” button. Currently it is also shown as separated sub-modal in Administration section, called “Add”. Expected outcome → Remove the “Add” sub-modal, since this function should be only a part of requisition groups sub-modal.

  1. When you navigate to Administration > Requisition Groups > “+ Add” button the breadcrumb should be the following: Home / Administration / Add Requisition Group. Now it is not.

  1. The tabs “Programs and Schedules” and “Facilities” could be moved to the left to stick with the input fields above.
