Verify and fix latest changes that caused BUILD error in OpenLMIS implementation

Description

As reported in the email thread:


The latest changes made in the openlmis/dev-ui repository (commit [6655a00]( )) have caused a Docker build error due to the omission of 'Default' in the tasks/eslint.js grunt task.

The current Docker image openlmis/dev-ui:9.0.6-SNAPSHOT has this bug.

This is the command to reproduce the issue:
docker-compose run --entrypoint ./build.sh example-ui

Our UI CI/CD is failing after pulling this image.

Verify the issue and fix accordingly.

Changes have been reverted, due to issues with new setup of webpack. There should be no error now as before.
