Internal server error in Administration -> Products tab

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to app as Admin and navigate to the Administration → Products;

2. Click Edit next to any of the Products;

3. Change e.g Product Code and click on the Save Product → Internal Server Error occurs

4. Navigate to the Programs tab and Add New program → Internal Server Error occurs

5. Navigate to the Facility Types tab and Add New Facility Type → Internal Server Error occurs

6. Navigate to the Kit Unpack List tab and Add Product and click on Save Kit Unpack List → Internal Server Error occurs

Expected Behavior:

• All operations done in Products tab should be possible, there should be no Internal Server Error
