Submitted requsitions and orders are not visible in Reports

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Requisitions > Create/Authorize and initiate and submit a regular requisition

2. Go to Reports > View Reports > Reporting Rate and Timeliness

3. Go to Reports > View Reports > Consumption

4. Go to Requisitions > Create/Authorize and Authorize a regular requisition with at least one adjustment for at least one product;

5. Go to Reports > View Reports > Adjustments

6. Create one regular order

7. Go to Reports > View Reports > Orders;

Expected result:

• Submitted period should be visible in Reporting Rate and Timeliness and Consumption

• The requisition should be visible in the Adjustment report.

• The orders should be visible in the report. The data entered when creating the orders should match in the report e.g. total cost.
