[FE] Add UI for population import/export and add translations to select

Add UI extensions mentioned in this comment:

TO DO

  • Import

    • Replace Geographic Zones from dropdown with Population since currently import covers only population data.

    • Replace To import Geographic Zones you need a ZIP with a geographicZones.csv file. with To import Population data into the system you need a ZIP with a file named geographicZone.csv. (geographicZones.csv was changed on Backend to geographicZone.csv to be consistent with previous imports and file which is being exported).

    • Add translations if any required.

  • Export

    • Add possibility to export Population data.

Translations

Options in “Type” select are not translatable. Extend the select React component to accept translation keys.

Related BE was merged, so if you restart UAT in the next minutes you should get the BE too and be able to see it in action end to end.
