Implement Product Model

, I'd like to as I don't think those two issues will block anyone and I should wrap it up. If however this becomes a blocker, then yes, someone else should carry the ball forward.

/ . This is done and so I'm moving it to the done category. However there's 2 tasks I created and linked here that should have been done as well: Update to RAML and add validation checks. I'll ask you both on what we'd like the process to be here, but I want to convey that this shouldn't block anyone from working on Product's any longer while I'm out of the office.

Otherwise this implemented the Product model: OrderableProduct, GlobalProduct and TradeItem. It also refactored for OOAD: Program, ProgramProduct, ProductCategory, Code (for things like Product, Program, etc codes) and odds and ends.

Added a couple tasks that didn't get done in the primary body of work.
