Requisition group members

Description

As an implementor, I want to create and assign requisition group members (facilities) so that storeroom managers can appropriately requisition stock.

Not for UI, but want to make sure the CRUD is available.

Acceptance Criteria
Verify that

ability to add facilities to a requisition group
facilities must already exist in the system (cannot add new facilities from this point)
implement the same 2.0 logic
see the attached screen shot for specifics
QA please add additional criteria

Looking forward:

enhance the search feature to find facilities (filters)

This is a more generic issue, since we don't refresh values after saving in the db. I will create a more generic ticket / discussion where we can figure out what we want to do.

When I create requisition group with several facilities I get requisition group with that facilities but only with it's id, rest of records are null:

Hey @Łukasz Lewczyński, you do not need to add a new REST endpoint to add a member to a facility. You can just use the requisition group PUT endpoint to update the requisition group with member facilities passed into the request body.

An example of this is roles and rights. You can look at the RoleController/Role and RightController/Right to see how RBAC handles this.
