Send reset password email

Description

As a user of OpenLMIS, I want to be able to reset my password via an email link so that I can login if I've forgotten my password.

Currently after choosing "forgot password" option, password reset token is displayed on the console.

Change this to bring the user to pop up where the user can put in either an email or username to obtain an email to the user with a reset link containing this token.

Acceptance Criteria

  • user can reset password

  • email data entry must contain a @ symbol

  • error handling if an incorrect or unknown username is entered

Ticket needs further cleaning. could you put in a sub-task around the UI needs?
