Create UML for all of reference data & remove SDR

Description

Create UML class diagrams for all of reference data.

In addition, Refactor SDR interfaces into Spring MVC
We should completely remove all SDR endpoints and convert them to MVC endpoints. RAML should be produced for them, so that they are documented.

Acceptance

UML class diagrams
no more SDR in the code
swagger user interface shows all end points (everything in RAML and swagger generates the UI)

We're trying to keep the new service clear of SDR ideally, though also there is a lot of work represented here. Does this ticket also cover any sequence diagrams for reference data? Just curious. Thanks!

This branch is looking good from the outside in that a lot of SDR seems to have been removed, that's great. When do you think we'll be able to see this in openlmis-referencedata?
