Load Amounts
Before going on a delivery, you will want to know how much of each vaccine to take with you. View Load Amounts is a function that allows you to select the zone, program, and time period of the distribution and then find out exactly how many doses of each EPI you need to take. For more on viewing load amounts, see
3. Synchronize a distribution
The data that you enter for initiated distributions will not be fully saved into the system until you synchronize the distribution in online mode. For instructions on how to synchronize your data, see 4. How-To: Synch a distribution.
3. Delete a distribution
If you have finished reporting data for a distribution AND you have synchronized that distribution, you can delete the distribution. Note: If you delete a distribution without synchronizing it with the system in online mode you will lose all reported data for that distribution. See 5. How-To: Delete a distribution for more information.
