5. How-To: Delete a distribution

Once you have synchronized all of the facility information for a distribution, you may choose to delete it from the initiated distributions list. This is an optional step. Alternatively, if you have made a mistake in initiating your distribution (for example, you selected the wrong time period), you may wish to delete the distribution as well.  

Step-by-step guide

Deleting a Distribution

  1. Go to Distributions > Manage.
  2. Find the distribution that you wish to delete from the "Initiated Distributions" list.
  3. Click the red and white X icon.
  4. If you are sure you want to delete this distribution, click OK in the alert box.

     
  5. Once deleted, the distribution will not longer appear in the "Initiated Distributions" list. To view the saved data for this distribution, see __Viewing deleted dist data__.

 

Error box message: Are you sure you want to delete this distribution? Any data that has not been synced with the server will be lost.
