0. How-To: Download Google Chrome

The SELV system is designed to work specifically with the Google Chrome web browser. Downloading and installing Chrome is easy and is necessary for using SELV. 

Step-by-step guide

Downloading and Installing Chrome

1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Open up whatever web browser you already have installed on your computer. (This might be Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari.)
3. Go to https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/.
4. Click Download Chrome.
5. In the Terms and Conditions box that pops up, check the box "Set Google Chrome as my default browser." 
6. In the same box, click Accept and Install.
7. The download should begin automatically. When it is complete, double click the ChromeSetup.exe file you just downloaded. (It should appear at the bottom of your browser.)
8. In the security alert box that pops up, click Run.
9. In the User Account Control box that pops up, click Yes.
10. Chrome will continue installing and the browser will open automatically when finished.
