Tab 3: EPI Inventory: Delivery & Stock Information (Inventário de PAV: Entrega e Informação de Stock) is where you will record data on the existing, delivered, and spoiled quantities of the EPI's for the selected facility. It looks like this:
Tips and Tricks:
There is an important difference between quantity: 0 and NR. If a health center's EPI inventory has completely run out (stockout), then the correct input is 0. If a health center's EPI inventory is unknown, the correct input is NR (no record). For more on how to use the NR checkboxes, see How to: Understanding and using NR.
