Tab 4: EPI Use / EPI Stock Information (Uso do PAV / Informação do PAV) is where you will record data on the received, distributed, and lost EPI's for the selected facility. It looks like this:
Tips and Tricks:
There is an important difference between quantity: 0 and NR. If a health center's EPI inventory has completely run out (stockout), then the correct input is 0. If a health center's EPI inventory is unknown, the correct input is NR (no record). For more on how to use the NR checkboxes, see How to: Understanding and using NR.
