Discussion Points
- Mid-Release Update
- End of this sprint will mark the mid-way point of the release, should we have the focus of the showcase be on where we're at
- Sam: MtG may not be ready to showcase anything meaningful/end-user facing yet
- Sebastian: not too much to showcase other than functional tests progress and performance time improvements
- Ashraf: JSI could give an update/overview on the shipment file
- Craig: We could show scoping documents
- Clay: Janette could show the docs as well
- Showcase - Keep the 15-minute limit?
- This is working and we would like to keep it
- Sebastian: Making sure that each team showcases enough (ie, around 15 minutes) rather than just limited to less than 15
- Ashraf: We should enforce the showcase stays within 1h
- Sam: yep, let's stay within 15 minutes per team
- Wesley Brown Taking off the week after I return to Kenya (Feb 11-15)
- Will still be checking email and may be available for the showcase on Feb 13
- Sebastian will lead the meeting next week
