As warehouse operator, I should be able to login to scanner application to routine functions like receive stock, place stock on proper location using barcode scanner, pick stock from proper location using barcode scanner, transfer stock from one location to another location, perform search on batches location and location products for better location management.

Acceptance Criteria

1. User can successfully authenticated to use the barcode reader application and scanner will save the password, so that next time it do not requires it unless user logs off.

2. User or Password not recognized -   System denies access and notifies user of bad username or password

3. Forgot password -  System prompts for an email address to verify the user and email the password to the user.

As Warehouse Operator, on arrival of new stock, I will  enter  stock using web interface and then uses stock placement provision of the scanner for stock placement

Acceptance Criteria

1. I see  Stock Placement screen.

2. I can scan the receive # using barcode scan trigger or type in the receive # using barcode scanner

3. I can view and search location

4. I can select a location to place my stock

5. I can scan the barcode and information automatically entered into respective field

6. Stock Placed and Locations of received batch is recorded

Pick stock using barcode scanner

As Warehouse Operator, I should be able to pick stock as per issue voucher by using barcode scanner.

Acceptance Criteria

1. I can select stock picking option

2. I can enter the issue numbers

3. I can see the issue list

4. I can select item to pick

5. I can see location with quantity and batch information

6. I can select location and scan or enter quantity to pick

7. I can select from multiple location/fragmented location

8. System saves information

As a Warehouse Manager / Store Keeper, I should be able to transfer stock from one location to another location within the store

Acceptance Criteria

1. I can select source location and target location and quantity to transfer

As Warehouse Manager, I should be able to search location capacity e.g. to check the filled and available space in any particular location, search a batch where is location or search  by product

Acceptance Criteria

1. A tabular or graphical view showing list or map with % occupied and available

Upload offline data to VIMS

As Warehouse Manager, I want to upload transactional data from scanner to vims application

Acceptance Criteria

1. I can select menu option to upload offline data

2. System saves information and displays appropriate success or error messages

As Vims Administrator, I should be able enter product barcode  configuration  as preparation to receive stock

Acceptance Criteria

1. Able to enter lot number start position and end position

2. Able to enter start and end position of expiry date

3. Able to enter volume, pack size, Vials/PC
