There are some tasks that you can complete when in offline mode. This is a breakdown of those offline mode functionalities with brief descriptions and links to relevant how-to's.
What can I do when I'm in offline mode?
1. View initiated distributions
If you have previously initiated distributions (in online mode) you will be able to view all those cached distributions when in offline mode. You will also see the initiated distributions of any other user that has used the same computer. For more information on how to cache a distribution, see 2. How-To: Initiate/cache a distribution.
2. Report data for distributions
You can select any initiated distribution from the list and enter data for that distribution. See 3. How-To: Record data for more information. The data that you enter in offline mode will be cached (temporarily saved) but will not be fully saved into the system until you synchronize the distribution in online mode. For instructions on how to synchronize your data, see 4. How-To: Synch a distribution
3. Delete a distribution
If you have finished reporting data for a distribution AND you have synchronized that distribution with SELV (in online mode), you can delete the distribution when in offline mode. Note: If you delete a distribution without synchronizing it with the system in online mode you will lose all reported data for that distribution. See __Delete a distribution__ for more information.
