Team ILL Sprint 12 retrospective:
- 1) Better Grooming:
- Groom one sprint ahead so sprint planning can be more effective. Start doing grooming sessions earlier in the sprint. Do break-outs if one or two people need to clean up a set of tickets and bring back to the group. Next Step: Brandon will schedule first one for Tuesday.
- 2) Use the Orders Service split as a pilot test of having a small dedicated team
