Remote assistance is provided via software called the Datto RMM agent.
Windows Users
To check whether the agent is installed, please follow the steps below.
If the agent doesn’t exist, please download and install this version of it.
macOS Users
To check whether it is installed, please look for its icon in the status menu as shown below.
If the agent doesn’t exist, please download and install this version of it.
