Caching a distribution is a necessary step in entering reported data. Once a distribution has been initiated/cached, you can enter data in either online or offline mode.

Step-by-step guide

Cache a Distribution

  1. From the SELV home screen after login, click Distributions and select Manage. (For Portuguese, Distribuições > Gerir.)
  2. From the available dropdown menus, select the Delivery Zone, Program, and Period for the distribution you would like to initiate. 
  3. Once you have made your selections, click Initiate Distribution.(Iniciar Distribuiçao)
  4. If initiating the distribution was successful, the distribution will appear in the "Initiated Distributions" list at the bottom of the page. 
  5. The distribution has now been cached and will be available to the user for data reporting in both online and offline mode.
