All approvals will be single stage and consistent across the supply chain network.
Single stage approval means requisitions can have only one approver.
Consistent approval workflow: Requisitions from a group of facilities within a geographic zone will have the same approver. E.g. For health facilities, if the approver is set to a district, then facilities within a district will have a single approver at their respective district level.
