Angola workflow and working with core Gdansk meeting 041619

Discuss work that is happening with Angola workflows:

• pushing changes to core
• who are we working with
• who we need to get approval from
• are we using slack to communicate, etc

Currently Angola team is working on translations and reports

Current Malawi workflow:

• Malawi workflow is to get approval from core.
• When a new feature is identified by Malawi, a ticket is created for Malawi and cc'd Mary Jo (previously).
• Then if we decide the ticket should be a core feature, then a duplicate ticket is created for the core.
• Code reviews are done by the core.
• 50/50 merged to core vs extensions
  • Example of an extension point for Malawi: Adjust how the order number is generated
• Who is responsible for reviewing pull requests?

Angola plan:

• Plan for patch releases for Angola work? 
• Who is responsible for reviewing pull requests for Angola and core workflow?
