Adding a Shared Inbox

Outlook for Windows

Shared accounts should automatically appear within Outlook for Windows.

Outlook 2016 for Mac

  1. From within Outlook, click on File → Open → Other User’s Folder…

  2. Find and select shared account name as pictured below and click Open.

     

  3. Wait a moment, and then observe that the account appears to the left within Outlook.
