At the Showcase meeting we discussed this further and screen shared. We determined that the second bullet above—about a bug—is actually not an issue. We understand now that the SOH does show up right away when a product is added into the table (if the system knows the SOH). And we also understand now that when the user clicks Submit, the SOH column gets updated to show a Projected SOH to see if anything goes negative. So there is no more bug/issue here.
Team ILL has added a new ticket () to consider special visual styling for the projected SOH values to users know that is a projection. That will be something we consider after 3.1.

showcase note: lets add a new ticket to track "how to handle the projected soh?"

Here is feedback from the latest video and the conversation about Zero versus Blank:
Regarding the Zero versus blank question, for now we would like to leave it blank if there is no stock card, which is different than Zero (0) when there is truly a stock-out (when SOH=0). Nick and Mary Jo and I actually have a future idea (after 3.1) that product rows for new products—meaning products that don't have a stock card or don't have a physical inventory record—would actually get some special visual style. This would be an indicator to users that we don't have a record for this product. But we will do that after 3.1, and we have a new ticket for that: OLMIS-2511.
Separately from that issue, it still appears there is a bug. When the "Submit" button gets clicked, numbers appear in the SOH column that weren't there a split second before (the 10, 0 and 0 in the first video from this ticket).
Regarding the keyboard focus, that new demo video shows it well – we are happy to see that. Thanks!

Why I'm in the camp of not showing a SoH when there's no stock card: A SoH of 0 tells me that there is a stock-out. Stock outs are different, and more alarming, than not yet recording a physical inventory.

, let's discuss this today during our call. I am now torn. I thought there was good reason to not show SOH if there wasn't a stock card. I'd like to understand why is passionate about showing it. I believe was in the camp of NO SOH if there isn't a card.
However, our point on this ticket was that there WAS a stock card (a quantity of 10 in the video) and the SOH wasn't showing. I just want to make sure that bug was addressed.

As a storeroom manager
I want to choose lot stock card on the adjustment page
so that I can record adjustment stock event for lot stock card
Scope in:
Two new columns in the table: Lot code, expiry date;
A new field - lot code allow user to choose lot;
Scope out:
Group lot line items;
Expand layout;
Acceptance Criteria:
Given I am on the make adjustment page when I click the make adjustments button next to a program then it would direct me to the new adjustment page.
If there a lot configured on any product under my chosen program then the table at the new adjustment page will display the expiry date, the lot code column and there will be a new 'lot code' field above the table for user to choose. Refer to the mockup.
If there is no lot configured on any product under my chosen program then the table will not display the expiry date, lot code column and there is no 'lot code' field above the table.
Given I am on the new adjustment page when I choose a product does not lot belong to it then the lot code field is uneditable.
Given I am on the new adjustment page when I add a product without choosing a lot code then the lot code of this added product is 'No lot define' and its expiry date field is empty.
Given I am on the new adjustment page when I choose a product which has lot belong to it then I can find those lot in the lot code dropdown list.
Given I am on the new adjustment page within a select product and lot when I click the add button then that product is added to the top of the table and the expiry date field shows the expiry date of my selected lot code.
If there is an error after I click the submit button then I will stay the new adjustment page within the error field highlighted.
