Future date may be manually typed in on adjustment

Description

Making an adjustment, I can enter in a future date which allows me to submit. Luckily the second screenshot shows a that "today" was selected.

@Wei Zhang For now, we suggest shipping 3.1 with this bug (not fixing it yet). Nick will put a comment in https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-2555#icft=OLMIS-2555 explaining this further. But basically this is a UI Component issue that will be fixed in a more global way later on.
