Add supervisory node details to Supply Lines

@Joanna Bebak In the popover we display facilities which are members of requisition group in the supervisory node of the proper supply line (look at Administration > Requisition Groups - Number of Facilities column).

@Klaudia Pałkowska I made a re-test, and everything seems to work correctly - the popover is now visible. I have only one question just in case: what does it depend on which facilities are visible as "Served facilities" in the popover? I mean especially the SN-NIASSA-PROV supervisory node - on hover, only Deposito Distrital Cuamba and Deposito Distrital Lichinga are visible. What about the facilities belonging to the Lichinga district, e.g. Assumane? Those belonging to Cuamba district are visible on hover of the SN-CUAMBA-DIST supervisory node. I suppose that maybe displaying 41 (16 for Cuamba and 25 for Lichinga) facilities in a popover would be a problem, and that's the reason but looking at at the demo data readme, it's not clear.

@Joanna Bebak It was caused by failing reference-ui build. Now, the popover should be visible.

I tested the ticket, and filtering by programs works correctly. Unfortunately, the popover doesn't occur on hover of any of the supervisory nodes.
