Incorrect content of the notification of nonfunctional CCE

Description

While executing OLMIS-3048, I noticed issues with the notification's content.

1. There is a typo "is has been marked". It needs to be changed to: "has been marked".

2. "Thank you" that should appear at the end of the message is missing.
