Knowing the credentials of the System Administrator;
Logging into the application as the System Administrator and navigating to Orders > Manage Proof of Delivery.

I've updated these steps as I believe they were outdated:

Check whether the "Confirm" button is visible on the right of all PODs.	Check whether the "View" button is visible on the right of all PODs.
Check whether the "Facility", "Program start date" and "Program end date" columns are visible.	Check whether the "Order no.", "Order status", "Requesting Facility", "Supplying depot", "Program", "Period", "Order date", "Emergency", "Actions" columns are visible.
Check whether everything is in line with the mock-up.		The mockup is outdated
Check whether the "Order status" column is visible.		Merged with the step above
