Update Manage PODs screen

Description

Update language and display on the Manage Proof of Delivery page

Acceptance criteria

  • Update navigation label to say Manage Proof of Delivery

  • Update View Order button to say Confirm

    • Make buttons default buttons, not primary buttons

  • Remove Facility column

  • Remove Period start date and Period end date columns

  • Add Order status column

  • Change page title to "Manage Proof of Delivery for FACILITY_NAME: PROGRAM_NAME"

    • if a facility and program haven't been selected from the navigation area, change the page title to "Manage Proof of Delivery"

Yes, that's correct — we only put the filter into the popover if it is optional — what I need to write somewhere is "a filter is by definition optional"

Eventually, the other options for navigating facilities/programs ect will be some where else — and ideally a more intuitive place (but I have no damn clue where that would be)

There is a ticket about doing the filter migration all at once, and I know we want to do it by 3.3 — the ticket is https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-3876#icft=OLMIS-3876

To make it clear about the filter component. I understand that our pattern will be to only include them in the popover if they are optional? Or are we just pushing the filter migration to the popover in time?

We also deleted the attached mockup – if you have any questions please ask – this was because of how the "filters" are actually required navigation so we want them to appear on the left rather than be in the "Filters" popup box.

I updated the copy, and removed the user story and AC about filters, since they are not relevant to the screen or work in the ticket.
