View RTM alerts when viewing CCE inventory

Description

As a CeCe/Chappie, I want to view the RTM "flag/alert" raised by my Remote Temperature Monitoring service so that when I see my CCE inventory I also see what alerts are being raised.

<insert mockup from the wiki>

Acceptance Criteria

  1. If none of the CCE inventory at the facility has had any alerts, I do not see the alert icon

  2. If there are any active alerts for a device, I see an icon in the active state (filled in)

  3. If there are any active alerts for a device, I can hover over the icon and see the summary of the RTM alerts

    • Title is "RTM Alerts"

    • For each active alert, "start time" and "status" is shown

  4. If there is no active alert for a device, the icon is in the deactivated state

  5. If there is no active alert for a device, hovering over the inactive icon does not show anything

  6. When I click to edit the functional status, I see the full details of all active RTM alerts

  7. New test case

  8. Create demo data so that we can display a few pieces of equipment with active and inactive alerts

Not in scope

  • Showing a history of inactive alerts (historical alerts) (addressed in )

  • Dismissing the alert

  • automatically removing the alarm (I'm concerned that if we automatically remove it a user may not have updated the functional status, but I welcome thoughts on this)

This ticket is ready to be QAed again.

I believe that is one of the default ISO-8601 formats (that have time and UTC). What format do we want?

, It doesn't look like there is a test case developed for this ticket yet. Could you explain why the date/time is expressed like this "2018-02-12T00:00:00Z". Could we have it more human readable?

Reverted back to old design--ignore previous comment.

I updated the first item in the acceptance criteria to design it that we will show the bell icon for all CCE inventory--empty bell for no active alerts, solid bell for any active alerts. The reason for this:

  • It's not clear what is indicated by not showing a bell--we don't know if there is an RTM device associated with the CCE inventory. It either means there is no RTM device, or the RTM device hasn't sent any alerts.

  • It does make the design somewhat easier to only have two possibilities (empty bell and solid bell), vs. three possibilities (empty bell, solid bell, no bell).

I have done work on the test server with this new design. Please let me know if you think it would give user value to add the "no bell" situation.
