View historical RTM alerts when viewing CCE inventory

Description

As CeCe/Chappie, I want to be able to see recent history of the alerts, so that I can check what was recently dismissed or resolved.

Acceptance Criteria

  • In the Update Functionality Status modal, under the RTM Alerts label, there should be a new button called "View History"

  • Clicking on the "View History" button will open a new tab of a PDF report

  • The PDF report has a title called "Remote temperature monitoring alerts in the last 30 days"

  • PDF header labels with information

    • Equipment

    • Facility

    • Program

    • Generated on

  • Below that, a table with columns and corresponding line item data

    • Active?

    • Message

    • Date started

    • Date ended

    • Date dismissed

  • The line item data should show alerts from the last 30 days

  • Test case updated

I have QA'd this. Moving to Done.

A few notes:

  • Tested in Chrome and Firefox on Mac.

  • All AC match, including the updated Zephyr test case.

  • The PDF is a little jarring for usability (users might be surprised that clicking a view link in a web screen opens a PDF in a new tab). This design does not seem commonplace, but it matches AC.
