Issues with error messages in the requisition product grid

Description

I noticed issues with error messages in requisition during the execution of OLMIS-2914.

According to the test case, after clicking or tabbing outside the required table field without any data entered, an error message should occur. On Requisition initiate/submit/authorize, the fields are not marked as required in such a situation.

Also, after trying to submit/authorize the requisition without data entered in the required fields, the "Requested quantity" and "Requested quantity explanation" fields do not get marked as required, the exclamation marks do not appear.

All issues related to this ticket, if they are really issues and not outdated information in the test case, will be resolved in OLMIS-3526, so I'll mark this ticket as Dead.

I meant the situation e.g. right after initiating a requisition, when virtually no data are entered in the fields yet. For instance for Levora, when you click the "Total received quantity" field and then, click outside it, according to the test case, an error message, the exclamation mark, should occur immediately, not only after clicking the "Submit" button. I know that there were changes in error messages in the product grid recently, and this is most likely an outdated test case but since the results weren't as expected in the test case, I had to file a bug. If I'm correct and the current behavior is the desired one, the ticket can be marked as Dead.

I have not been able to reproduce this bug. The error messages appear correctly in the line item when I leave the fields blank, and then click Submit

and then clear after I have entered data. The requested qty and explanation are not required when submitting the requisition. Can you provide more steps to reproduce and screenshots?

If this bug can be reproduced, it is a regression that must be fixed.
