Add Nifi Registry to Jenkins and run as a service on the OpenLMIS stack

The Nifi Registry needs to be made available by the OpenLMIS community. This task focuses on requesting and standing up the Nifi Registry as part of the OpenLMIS tech services that are available.

Activities:

• Request a URL and server from OpenLMIS tech community (Note, SSL is not required at this time)

• Write the scripts to deploy in https://github.com/OpenLMIS/openlmis-deployment

• Add to Jenkins to make it deployable in Jenkins

• Test the CI process to ensure it can be redeployed and upgraded from Jenkins

Acceptance Criteria:

• Nifi Registry is up and running on nifi-registry.openlmis.org

• A developer machine has tested a connection to the registry and successfully imported a flow.
