Functional test for adding a new Requisition Template for a program

Description

This functional test should be based on https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-4696#icft=OLMIS-4696 and verify whether a user can create a new requisition template for a program.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Verify that all fieds are required to complete in order to create a template

  • Verify that cancelling a not-yet-saved template works

  • Verify that a user cannot add a template named as the existing one
