Pre-conditions:

• Logging into the application as any user with the System Administrator role (e.g. administrator);

• A new requisition template has to be created (e.g. for Family Planning with the "District Hospital" facility type; If there is a need for it, remove this facility type from the existing template in order to be able to add it to the new one);

• Navigating to Requisitions > Create/Authorize.
