When I was testing OLMIS-5494, I noticed that the "Calc Order Qty ISA" column is not visible in print neither for requisitions using the demo-data templates, nor for those using newly-created ones.

Reproduction steps:

1. Set all columns as displayed in e.g. the "Vaccine Stock Based R&R" template.

2. Initiate a regular requisition for Cuamba as vsrmanager1.

3. Click the "Print" button.

4. The printed PDF doesn't contain the "Calc Order Qty ISA" column, even though it's visible on the UI.

5. Create a requisition template: A stock-based one, for which all columns are set as displayed.

6. Assign the template to a suitable program and facility types.

7. Initiate a regular requisition using the new stock-based template.

8. Click the "Print" button.

9. The printed PDF doesn't contain the "Calc Order Qty ISA" column, even though it's visible on the UI.

Expected behavior:

• The "Calc Order Qty ISA" column should be visible in print and in the UI both for requisitions using demo-data and newly-created requisition templates.
