The Product column is not always visible in print

Description

When I was testing OLMIS-5494, I noticed that the "Product" column is not visible in print for requisitions using newly-created requisition templates.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Create two requisition templates: One stock-based, for which all columns are set as displayed and a regular one, for which all columns but "Calc order qty ISA" are set as displayed.

  2. Assign the templates to suitable programs and facility types.

  3. Initiate a regular requisition using the new stock-based template.

  4. Click the "Print" button.

  5. The printed PDF doesn't contain the "Product" column, even though it's visible on the UI.

  6. Initiate a regular requisition using the new regular template.

  7. Click the "Print" button.

  8. The printed PDF doesn't contain the "Product" column, even though it's visible on the UI.

Expected behavior:

  • The "Product" column should be visible both in print and in the UI for requisitions using newly-created requisition templates. Verify this for existing requisition templates and for new requisition templates.
