The Remarks column is visible in print for initiated and submitted requisitions

I noticed an issue when I was testing OLMIS-5889. The "Remarks" column is visible in printed requisitions with the "Initiated" and "Submitted" status, even though it shouldn't. The issue occurs for all templates, demo-data and new ones and on both browsers. The column isn't visible on the UI, though.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Initiate a regular requisition.

  2. Click the "Print" button.

  3. The PDF contains the "Remarks" column.

  4. Submit the requisition.

  5. Go to the just-submitted requisition and click the "Print" button.

  6. The PDF contains the "Remarks" column.

Expected results:

  • Requisitions with the "Initiated" or "Submitted" status shouldn't contain the "Remarks" column in print.

I tested the ticket, and the issue was fixed.
