Integrate Transifex for translations

Description

Process for integrating Transifex into the build/release process.

Goal is to look at integrations to make incorporating localized resources as automated as possible. Look at both build and dev scenarios.

Can/should build pull down translation files?

Acceptance

  • Research and implement process to streamline l10n resources using Transifex

  • Look into leveraging 'translation memory'

A solution has been incorporated into the code--however, it is lacking in being open-source friendly, as it requires Transifex credentials in order to run a build. That will be addressed in a future story. Closing this one.
