The following are basic steps for the community to make decisions when their are opportunities for funding the community.
- Create an Epic / Story in Jira with the proposed scope of work
- Benefit / Goals.
- Scope.
- Participants.
- Any blockers for completion.
- Label the Epic with DialOscJune18
- Broadcast on technical and product committee forums the link to the work in Jira.
- Community members should vote (in Jira - on the right hand side. Must be logged in) for which proposal in the community they think is the communities top priority. Voting more than once is allowed.
- All proposals may be viewed with this filter.
- At <insert date> all proposals are due.
- At <insert date> all votes are final and the top item will be selected. In the advent of a tie, the Community Manager will break the tie.
- The Community Manager will work with the winner to finalize the submission before <insert date> on behalf of the community.
